Gear.Club Unlimited is a racing game released on fall 2017 for the Nintendo Switch and is a port of the mobile game released in 2016 Gear.Club.

​

As a Game Designer, I worked on

• Adapting the game economy for a premium game (from a free to play).

• Re-balance the difficulty.

• Adapting the menu and navigation system in the Performance Shop, the garage of the player which have building game type of gameplay, for the switch.

​

Porting to the switch added some challenges specific to my position as System Designer such as :

• Maintaining the economy for both the mobile game and the switch game.

• Add some elements in the main economy document, such as tools to manage DLCs.

• Update some notion in the main economy document such as the way currencies are used (hard currency was removed for instance.
